Helps with hot flushes

I started taking Black Cohosh in an attempt to stop myself overheating which has been a thing since menopause. After only a few weeks, I have noticed a definite improvement whether I'm doing physical exercise or not. The big test will be going through the potentially hot summer months but I feel confident it will make at least some improvement.

Walk down any UK high street or scroll any sites online, it's all weak, filler-stuffed snake oil most of the time. Thin air with fancy marketing.

Funny, that. Nobody ever felt a thing off them, so there's nothing worth censoring, so the sellers carry on untouched it seems.

Here is a pattern I've noticed over the years:

What is it? Black cohosh is a traditional botanical derived from the root of the Cimicifuga racemosa plant.
