I've been taking berberine for a while now after reading reviews that it's an appetite suppressant. It's amazing! I've lost over a stone and a half! Why pay all that cash for drugs that haven't been fully tested when you can take something natural??

I have to implore anybody who consistently takes supplements to shop only with British Supplements. They are the best, clean and genuine product. I have tried many before but these have given me actual results.
I have been taking vitamin D3 for 5 months and the main benefit for me is energy levels and immune system.
I have taken a break for a month, during this time I have noticed gradually how tired I was in the mornings and unmotivated. Already feel my energy levels picking up after a week of consistent use again.

I take Quercetin along with Nettle for an allergy to our cats which I've suddenly acquired in my 60s and I've noticed a real difference. Still a few sneezes etc. but nothing like as bad as it was before. I also have high blood pressure and I understand that Quercetin can also help that too so I'm regularly monitoring my BP to check for any changes just in case it has the desired effect on that too. As always, I get most of my supplements from British Supplements due to their 'clean' nature and the incredibly fast turnaround of orders.

MSM MIRACLE
I am don’t usually leaves feedback but on this occasion I must.
In November 2024 I found British Supplements and now I will not get my supplements from any other company. Everything that BS does and stands for resonates with my belief as to what a natural supplement should be no filters just pure clean supplements. No fillers just Black Pepper Extract, Ginger Extract and Cumin Extract.
I had worked in the Natural Health area for 25 years (now retired) and used what was the best supplements I could find. None compared with BS. I take 16 BS supplements daily a total of 28 capsules. I store the capsules 1 months’ supply in dark brown bottles in the fridge; I find this easier than having to open the packages every time.
I must mention MSM, I started taking it on 10th October as I was only able to walk a few yards due to severe pain from Osteoarthritis, I also take VitD3+K2, Zinc, Vit C etc.I am waiting for a Hip Replacement, gradual improvement until the 8th November when I was able to walk longer distances, it is a miracle being able to walk without pain and not needing a wheelchair only need the aid of a stick to help with my balance.
We are all different, but MSM certainly helped with my pain.
Ordering is easy and delivery by Royal Mail is always within 24 hours, unless when I order at weekends it takes a day longer.
