Having had several different brands of Vitamin D3 over the past few years, these are by far on a different level, myself and my wife take these everyday and we have found that we recover so fast from Flu or sore throat etc and overall just feel better. After having a two hip operation I have now returned to taking my vitamins and supplements, which have certainly made me feel much better in myself. All the supplements I take I now purchase from British Supplements and I have found them much more effective than other brands which I had previously used. Cholesterol down from 7.1 to 5.8 in six months. LDL/HDL balance now within normal range. That is with some small adjustments to diet to further reduce the amount of saturated fat. Mostly I have been taking just one plant sterol capsule per day which is half the recommended dose. No side effects so I will try the full dose going forward to see if I can get the Cholesterol down further. Highly recommended.
Taken it to help with, what I think is some low T as my labido and some mild ED. Since taking it I’ve noticed my erections are harder and lasting longer. Great help!

Initially I bought these for my husband as he's had horrendous acid reflux for years. Took the usual antacids and was reluctant to take anything stronger. The Slippery Elm is a miracle worker. Absolutely no more acid reflux for him.
Over the last year I've started getting a bit of heartburn when I eat spicy food. One night I was so uncomfortable i took a Slippery Elm. At first it made me burp, then I could feel gurgling and then it all stopped and I was fine. Can't believe it worked so fast.

This is the best magnesium I have had
I took the B12 supplements for 3 months after a blood test showed I had dangerously low B12 levels of 68pmol/L. I had another blood test and after using British Supplements B12 my blood level is now normal at 118pmol/L This product really works. Thank you
