BS SUPPLEMEMT REVIEW OF SKULLCAP

I cannot say I noticed any changes from taking it as I saw the original price and did some research on the potential health benefits it could provide and jumped at the chance as some AI Search Engines say SKULLCAP helps potentialy with CANCER, NEUROLOGICAL PROBLEMS SUCH AS DEMENTIA, ALZHEIMERS AND MORE, I have take it once or twice with my regular stack in the last 2 weeks and cannot say for sure if it helps or if Lions mane and other mushrooms are better for brain health and was something I will be taking once my regular stack runs low and I fancy throwing in some of the bonus or extra I have to boost until my regular is restocked.

On a regular I am taking Vit D(both K + C), Turmeric, Tongkat, Zinc, Devils Claw, magnesiums, iron, rhodiola, NAC, BERBERINE, LUNGWORT, B12, B COMPLEX and many others that cover all bases of health regarding immune, joints, bones, nerves, muscles, breathing, anti this and that, prevention of this and that, energy, pain free and so on so it is hard to tell if skullcap really helps or the other supplements do a better job yet it is very helpful and doesnt hurt to add or have in your stack.

Hope this helps anyone considering skullcap to add or to help with R.Arthritis, Raynauds, Fibromyalgia and other health conditions I will say it helps and may need to be in my regular rotation in my regular stack and thank you so much to BS and their amazing staff best customer service ever and way better than any call centre children from DUMBAI and better than all AI combined.
