I thought I would try Beta Glucans after taking the Polysaccarides for the past 6 months. I'd searched online for the difference between the two and thought it might have more in it of what I'm after. I take it along with tumeric. I don't know if there's any difference between the two types of Lion's Mane but I do know that in taking LM in general helps with anxiety and cognitive function. I don't actually realise there is any benefit until I stop taking them. They make me feel more normal which is probably why it is not noticeable ("normal" is actually a massive improvemment due to long covid and lifelong anxiety). Over the past 6 months with lifestyle changes such as meditation and taking lion's mane I can say I have felt more on an even keel and back to my old self which I had forgotten what that was like. I have been telling everyone about it but I think they think I'm crackers. If only everyone would give it a chance. Do not underestimate the power of mushroom! Thankyou British Supplements!

I have ordered many times from British Supplements. As I am very sensitive, especially to the fillers some companies use to bulk supplements with, finding my body wasn’t really absorbing the nutrients. I believe many companies add such things to make the production process easier for them. I was so happy to discover this company with high standards, ethical and moral, good quality supplements. I have actually stocked up on things, just incase I need them, my own natural medicine cupboard. I have Turmeric Extract, Magnesium L-Threonate, Marine Collagen, NAC, Lions Mane Extract (both Beta Gluons and Triterpenoids as wasn’t sure which version I needed, but knew both would have positive benefits). Vitamin D3 + K2. Quercetin, Astaxnthin, resveratrol and sample packs of Ginseng Pans and Fo-Ti. Of course I don’t take them all at the same time and am still working out a program for myself, but I feel a lot better from using these products in comparison to other versions out there. I have had an autoimmune disorder Hashimoto (under active thyroid) and vitiligo and have gone through the process of looking at my diet, healing my gut, balancing my hormones, looking into ways of helping to strengthen my hair, nails and bones and overcoming my tiredness and lethargy which was really getting my down. Including such products as part of my diet and rotating them has really helped, I came off my levothyroxine two years ago and have managed to support my system naturally. My partner also had a sudden chronic heart condition that the specialist doctors could not explain (we have both been very sensitive to shedding around us and he believes this was the cause), the hospital wanted to put him down for a heart transplant and was insisting that he have a pacemaker - which he point blank refused. Alongside taking Hawthorne and homeopathic remedies, he’s also been taking the NAC, D3 & K2 and Quercetin and at one point I was giving him resveratrol. His last visit to the hospital for a heart scan showed that his heart was back to normal (before one chamber was stretched and loose, he couldn’t lay on his side as he felt his heart flop and blood just draining out), his blood pressure and pulse is now normal, it’s a miracle. He can even run for the bus. He knows he still has a journey, but it’s amazing, from having electric shock treatment on his heart and being in intensive care five months ago to now being told he can exercise again. It’s amazing how our bodies are able to heal themselves and we are truly grateful that we can find good products to help support us with that journey.

I was recommended British Supplements by my brother (He couldn't speak more highly of the company and the impact taking varied stacks has had on him). I really wanted to start taking Lion's Mane after hearing about the healing properties etc. I suffer with Endometriosis and all the symptoms of this condition. I started on both Lion's Mane (Beta Glucans 112mg) and Turmeric over a month ago and can already feel the difference, compared to previous supplements I had been taking for over 3 years. Hugely reduced cramps, noticeable difference with fatigue / brain fog. I feel I have a lot more energy and motivation since taking these. Turmeric has always been recommended for my condition as an anti inflammatory, but I never realised I was buying inferior quality products until I read up on this on the BS website. I have reordered both and included Cordyceps in my order. Long story. But after taking and adverse reaction to the first sars coronavirus 2 vaccine I ended up with Sjogrens syndrome an autoimmune immune condition the symptoms started minutes after receiving the vaccine. One of the many symptoms is brain fog , my son who is a great supporter of this site suggested Lions Mane, and its helped a lot I finally feel like I'm in the real world and able to get my brain in gear. Going to try some ashwaganda and turmeric next , definitely worth a try . Thankyou
