Starting to feel like myself again!

I know you’ve said to wait a couple of months, but I’ve started to feel the effects already!
I’ve been taking Alpha GPC, Gingko biloba, ashwaghanda, vit c, magnesium and lions mane (lions mane for 3 months now)
After having my second child a year ago, I have been severely sleep deprived, malnourished and just generally feeling my lowest (due to lack of energy and motivation to do anything) I had brain fog, to a point where I couldn’t remember what I did a couple of days prior. I also have anxiety and mood swings as a result of all this!
After taking these along with better nutrition and joining the gym again, I have felt the best I have within the last 5 years. In this day and age, where our food is toxic and we have no help/support after having babies. My husband is out working all day and I homeschool my eldest. I think it is crucial to invest in high quality supplements to improve your health and boost brain function. I’m feeling so much more energetic, less anxious, having deeper sleep (for the few hours I do sleep) and just all around happier. My husband is also taking these supplements and it’s drastically improved our relationship as we were both just feeling so low, unmotivated and moody with each other.

For Memory

I need to learn lines and stuff and generally organise my mind. A friend suggested Lions Mane, which I take, and Chris later suggested GPC., which really does seem to be working. I noticed that I am less forgetful these days, even remembering why I have gone into a room to do or fetch something! Thanks, Chris. Great work.

Alpha GPC

I thought I would try this as I am finding trouble remembering things. I am 73 and take Boswellia as well. These Alpha capsules are interesting. I sat down and tried my usual memory tests and noticed an increased ability to remember things like names of actors, and places. I play an electronic key board and have noticed I can remember chord sequences a lot better. Its early days yet but I have noticed an improvement in my daily organisation of things to do, although I forgot to put my drill bits and drill in my shed. I think I was tired though !

Powerful products and keeps you stout

I've personally found it best cycling and playing around with dosage and times. I like the Alpha GPC as an afternoon pick me up together with 5 HTP. I can workout hard (literally)on these badboys. My sense of well being has improved and I feel in a happy mood without edgy stimulant effect. I can't prove with science only anecdotal but circulation might have improved as face feels warm and full of colour. Another interesting development is I'm a walking tripod now, a stiff breeze can set me off. Crazy.
Highly recommended.

Walk down any UK high street or scroll any sites online, it's all weak, filler-stuffed snake oil most of the time. Thin air with fancy marketing.

Funny, that. Nobody ever felt a thing off them, so there's nothing worth censoring, so the sellers carry on untouched it seems.
