So after having chemo & radiation last year and effectively go away and see if anything changes I figured my life was in my hands. So I reached out to some experts in my cancer (bowel) and they give me a personal prescription specifically for me which included numerous supplements and I take many more than Vit D3/K2 but I took a blood test back in March and level where 25nmol (deficient) I then started my supplementation program and took another test In June , this shows my levels have gone up to 142nmol, I am so happy with these results and feel so much better in myself, I no longer have fatigued, I am back to running and have loads of energy. I get all my supplements from BS and wouldn’t go anywhere else for them. I have been taking Q10 for many months now to try to mitigate my migraine symptoms. It does seem to help reduce their severity and I do seem to recover from them quicker for a while. Anecdotally, my body stops responding so well after a few months, but I find if I have a break and restart they become effective again. The biggest bonus, is my energy levels. Q10 definitely gives me a bit of a perk (not quite durable bunny levels (other batteries are available!) but there is a noticeable improvement and clear-headedness (tip, don't take them before bed, you may stay awake longer than you want). So, these are a staple in my cupboard along with Collagen. I recommend you to all my friends.

After suffering from long covid for 2 years I was still severely lacking in energy (amongst other things). A recent report from the ME Association had studied the symptoms of long covid and also any solutions that they found worked.

One of the recommendation was Co-enzyme Q10 for lack of energy. I researched on line about the supplement which was when I can across British Supplements and their wonderful clean products. I was impressed and so ordered my first supplement - after only a few days I noticed a great improvement. I have been taking it for a month now and my energy levels continue to improve. I have angina and it became unstable recently causing an uncomfortable feeling in the right side of my chest after a couple of weeks I began to get pain with it and had to use my angina spray but one day I used my spray and it didn't go away and had to call an ambulance and was taken to hospital. My blood pressure was very high but I had not had a heart attack so was allowed home. The doctor then prescribed heart tablets but they contained magnesium stearate which I am allergic to so surgery had to try and find some without. Meanwhile I started to take CO Q10 and after 2 weeks the uncomfortable feeling in my chest went away and I have been fine. My doctor prescribed another tablet without magnesium stearate but I have held off taking them as I would rather not unless I have to.I had already been taking other supplements from BS before so this was the company I went to for help and so far it seems to have worked. I've have tried 4 of the supplements so far to discover the benefits of clean free from bulking and flavouring agent's and I have to say the benefits are quiet surprising my general health fighting off colds and infections has improved. My stomach feels much better and easier digestion makes a huge improvement in my general feeling of wellbeing.
