I have always taken B complex. It's only in the last few years that I've learned there's a big difference between cyano and methyl type vitamins. Worth researching. They keep me calm yet energised. I take several other supplements too, but always from 'The Clean Ones,' British Supplements. 👍

Vitamin B Complex

As a non-meat eater I understood the importance of obtaining B12 via supplements. I used over the counter B12 for some years, never feeling any different, but taking it because I was advised to. I discovered British Supplements, and switched to their B12 and, after a couple of months, started to feel a bit more energetic. Then I read Chris' email about how the B vitamins work together to enhance each other, and started taking their B Complex instead. What a game changer! After just a few weeks my energy levels increased, and I felt alive again. My mood improved, and I felt more positive, too. I realised that I'd just been going through the motions of living, plodding through life. Now, I'm actually enjoying my life, and having the energy to do so. Thank you, British Supplements. Yes as l have other Vitamine l was taking before l ordered British supplements, it is a high quality vitamine without the artificial loaded in it, though l prefare liquid easier for me to drink than to swallow,, B1 B6 B12 I'm liquid will be great, as l suffer shaking nerves, l left a hot water bottle on my leg and slept, l woke up with a cooked glued leg, l love the enthusiastiam of the British supplements advert, clear explanation of truth of the British supplements,, l even introduced friends /families to it, of which the have ordered and started taking them too,, so order with trust it works well with my body,, as l feel much better than before l started taking them, l am grateful Chris, thank you,, l will order again d3+K2..

Funny, that. Nobody ever felt a thing off them, so there's nothing worth censoring, so the sellers carry on untouched it seems.
