What is it ? Astaxanthin is a red pigment that belongs to a group of chemicals called carotenoids. It occurs in certain algae and causes the pink-red color in salmonon. Astaxanthin is an antioxidant which might Censored cells from Censored. Astaxanthin might also censor the way the immune system Censored.

I have yet to be re-tested for cholesterol levels so can't say whether the plant sterols have helped lower it. I can tell you that ordering and delivery from British Supplements is quick & easy.
It was suggested I try nettle root to stop the symptom of wanting to pee all the times including immediately after I have gone. Chris does not sell nettle root so I've been using nettle leaf instead which seems to work. Try it!

I am an existing BS customer and have benefited from all the supplements I have purchased over the past few years. Bought Rhodiola to help with peri-menopausal symptoms (eg anxiety, fatigue, cognitive function, memory etc) and have felt an improvement. However, I am really feeling the benefit of Rhodiola when I exercise. I am an 'amateur runner' (10km a week) and am aware that taking Rhodiola prior to exercise can improve endurance. I have found that taking it after exercise instead really helps improve muscle recovery - no muscle aches or weakness, less fatigue. Highly recommend as a great 'all rounder'.
I have been taking lions mane for a few months as I am under a lot of stress and anxiety. I decided to have a few weeks off them and what a decline in my health began then . Everything became impossible to deal with. I have started back on them now and I just feel so much better . I also take ashwagandha, magnesium. Fab product highly recommended
I have been using slippery elm and Marshmallow to replace the omeprazole I was told I would have to take for the rest of my life.
After reading the side effects of Omeprazole I knew I needed to find a natural replacement.
I was already taking apple cider vinegar from British supplements and it really helped. I then read that slippery elm, marshmallow and milk thistle were the ideal replacements for Omeprazole so I made the switch.
I now take slippery elm and marshmallow on alternate days and my symptoms are completely gone. My stomach is always settled.
I also take Ashwaganda, ginko biloba, and vitamin D2 and K3 and my memory and mental clarity are at an all time high.

One such supplement is Ashwagandha. I find it to be a good mood stabiliser, quickly providing much needed relief from those stressful anxious times in this crazy world.
