Other Known Names: MeCbl, or MeB12
What is it ? Methylcobalamin features an octahedral cobalt(III) centre and can be obtained as bright red crystals. From the perspective of coordination chemistry, methylcobalamin is notable as a rare example of a compound that contains metal–alkyl bonds. Nickel–methyl intermediates have been proposed for the final step of methanogenesis.
Methylcobalamin can be used to "censored" or "censored" pathology arising from a lack of vitamin B12 intake (vitamin B12 deficiency).

I can't get over what an amazing difference BS Turmeric has made to me. I have been taking Boswellia for pain in knees. After a week the pain had almost disappeared and after a couple of weeks had completely disappeared. Sadly after a few months of pain free knees I ran out of capsules and forgot to reorder. After a few weeks pain was back. I now have reordered and been taking for a week and as before the pain has eased. Many thanks for a great product

I first took zinc as a supplement during the pandemic as it was suggested that it may aid in preventing or combatting Covid.
I certainly notice a difference with the BS Zinc, more energy and just feeling better and more healthy in general. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my supplements.
I take my zinc last thing at night for better absorption, and I'm certainly better off for taking it.
Been taking Magnesium tablets for 1 week only. Anxiety, and insomnia definitely better. Hopefully this will carry on, fingers crossed.
