UK Shipping

Standard Shipping: Shipping within the UK is a flat rate of £2 per order. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all UK orders over £49. The free shipping option will automatically be applied at checkout once your order qualifies.

Special Delivery: For faster delivery, you can upgrade to Special Delivery for an additional £7. To request this service:
-Tip £7 with your order

-Add a note to your order specifying the upgrade.

-Contact our customer service team to confirm the upgrade.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries in Europe and America where Royal Mail tracked shipping is available. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Schedule

Our shipping team operates between 8:50 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

We usually offer same-day shipping starting from Wednesday, depending on order volume and staff availability.

We are expanding our shipping capacity and may add part-time staff for Monday/Tuesday shifts. A weekend shift is also being considered for early 2025.

Since taking Valerian from British Supplements, I haven't slept for longer however my quality of sleep is so much better. iron

I'm 78 and GP said I was iron depleted and anemic. spent 3 months on their prescription for no real result so GP said try another 3 months. I’ve been taking British supplements vit D+k2 for two months now and I must say how impressed I am with this product. I have much more energy now, improvement in my overall health. As I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis I decided to try the Turmeric.i had taken this before but not from yourself but I was so impressed with the Vitamin D+k2 I decided to try the Turmeric with British supplements and my inflammatory markers have reduced by half and my joints are less painful and stiff . I started taking marine collagen a few years ago but it wasn't until I switched to British Supplements and ordered their clean marine collagen that I began to see a difference in the strength of my fingernails and my hair. It also helps with my joints, relieving some of the pain and stiffness due to osteo arthitis and scoliosis of the spine.
I had a short break from taking it and noticed the difference so have just started a new course of it.
