Berberine - success !

With over 14 years of controlling Diabetes 2 with a balanced diet, my blood, count has been around 48/49. At a recent 6 monthly blood test, after taking 2 Berberine capsules a day for 3 months (1 in the morning with breakfast and 1 with evening meal) it was very satisfying to discover that my blood count is down to 46, with no adverse side effects. Great to now be in the 'Pre- Diabetic' range. Thank you Chris and BS for an excellent product.

Gut Health

I am trying Berberine because it is known to help promote gut microbial balance. I have Hasimotos so struggle with gut health which impacts my over all feeling of wellness. I have read that you need to take Berberine for at least 3 months to feel the benefits so this is early days for me, saying that i feel ok at the moment so maybe you don't have to wait..... There is one thing for sure, if Berberine will work for me then i trust BS as my choice of provider.

Amazing Berberine

I read a review about Berberine and thought I’d try it to stop my daily sugar cravings. I can’t quite believe the results. I have been taking this one for 2 months and I have no cravings at all and can go shopping without buying cakes biscuits or chocolate. Honestly I’m blown away because apart from no sweet purchases, I’ve also lost quite a lot of weight. For me this is an absolute miracle.

Motoring along nicely with Berberine, taken before main meal of the day. Continuing with no sugar cravings and losing weight.
My alcohol consumption has reduced considerably- BIG BONUS - as, like many during lockdown, I had broken my ‘never on a school night’ rule and it had become a very bad habit. One drink n the evening at weekends suits me well now and I don’t reach for any more. WIN WIN.
Hoping for blood tests soon to check cholesterol and blood sugars.

Walk down any UK high street or scroll any sites online, it's all weak, filler-stuffed snake oil most of the time. Thin air with fancy marketing.

Funny, that. Nobody ever felt a thing off them, so there's nothing worth censoring, so the sellers carry on untouched it seems.
