Noticeable difference!

I know British supplements tell you not to leave a review if it's your first order because they want you to experience the benefits of the product you use which is very reassuring to me but since I have noticed a big difference in just a few weeks I feel I have to write this. I bought cdp choline, ginko bikoba and 5-htp. As we all know big pharma companies own the speech so supplement companies can't explain what these healthy supplements really do for us. Firstly I knew my dopamine levels weren't what they were (my own fault) but the cdp choline has made a big difference and it's definitely not psychological. The ginko biloba has definitely improved my circulation and reduced inflammation. Also the 5-htp has definitely improved my mood, mainly due to it's ability for increasing serotonin levels. I've used other brands in the past but from now on I'm sticking with British supplements. Good honest company with supplements that really work!

When I ran out I deliberately had a two week break (out of system) to see if they’d genuinely helped. Yep! Back to normal. So reordered. They work.

Probably the best supplement I’ve tried for energy

Keeps my mind sharp, I can focus a lot better and I’ve noticed I have better memory And even my mood is a lot better. I actually feel like conversations with people don’t feel like a chore and my brain fog feels almost gone so processing information feels a lot faster. The only downsides I actually have is that it can keep me up a bit so I’m still trying to figure out what time is best for me.

Oil for the brain?

The effects are quite subtle but still noticeable. For example I noticed I was tapping out messages on my iPhone much faster & with more accuracy & more recently I have noticed that when reading an article I had read on a number of occasions previously, instead of skipping past a "complicated bit" now I suddenly stop & process that bit & understand it. I'd have to say for me I think my IQ has increased by 10 or more points for no other reason than I am finding problem solving far easier than ever before. I suspect the action of this supplement will be very different for each person.

Amazing for the brain

I have been taking CDP Choline now for 6 months and believe it to be an amazing product for brain alertness and clarity. I am a menopausal woman and have noticed a steep decline in my mental agility with symptoms of brain fog, tiredness and inability to problem solve and multi-task being the most noticeable. I take one a day in the morning and I feel it helps me greatly by awakening my brain to reclaim my former mental control. The last 3 months’ supply has come from this company and I think the cleanliness of the product is far superior to my previous supplement and they are a company that is genuinely concerned about what we put into our bodies and the environment.
