About 3 months ago I started taking an old stack of BS vitamins I had in the cupboard Vit D3 & K2 and the supporting supplements that go with it vit C, zinc and Magnesium at the time I finished off what was then called Triple Magnesium, after taking for about 6 weeks I realised I was feeling less achy than normal, so started looking into the benefits of Magnesium, anyway I found magnesium has over 300 different uses in our bodies and Magnesium deficiency can lead to all sort of health issue from mental health, cramps, restless legs, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, heart issues the list goes on a good book I found was Vitamin D3, Zinc and Magnesium by Nancy Jeffers.
Needless to say once I d used up the old magnesium I reordered and thought I’d try Magnesium Glycinate I sometimes don’t sleep well and hadn’t found that the Triple Magnesium helpful for sleep where as the M G does help, it doesn’t knock me out but I seem to have a better quality of sleep when I take it. Currently I take Mega Magnesium in the morning with all my other supplements and a Magnesium Glycinate in the evening it works for me.
Oh and by the way I love British Supplements and wouldn’t dream of buying supplements from anywhere else.
