You have all been asking for black pepper (piperine) in your Turmeric so we have gone one better and are adding an ancient Ayurveda uptake blend to most of our products over the next month. Each product will be 9:1 meaning 9 parts herb and 1 part uptake blend (black pepper 10% Piperine, cumin extract, ginger extract 5%). This will improve our products a lot. What will change? The amount of herb/product won't change that much as we have done 10 so far and they are around about the same amounts. We are rolling this out over the next month guys so amounts will vary 10-30mg from what it says on each product page please be aware. Thanks :)

I have used this supplement for a number of years, along with a few others from British Supplements for osteoporosis. I also go to the gym twice a week and pilates once a week. At my last DEXA scan in 2023 my report said I was osteopenic which means the osteoporosis had reversed. I think the supplements and weight bearing exercises have been a real impact on my osteoporosis. I've had really dry, wrinkled hands for years, despite taking another company's hyaluronic acid supplement for ages.
I was quite embarrassed by my hands, to be honest, because they made me look ancient.
They'd also crack and bleed at the knuckle, so they were often painful, too.
I'd assumed that hyaluronic supplements could only do so much for long term wrinkled, cracked skin so carried on taking the brand I was using.

I’ve been taking the Mucana as I’m weaning myself off anti depressants and this product has helped me enormously.. I’m also taking the L- Tyrosine and together so far they’re doing the trick.. Bought as part of a stack. The stacks work. Noticed a massive improvement to my health since getting on the supplements, I do buy quite a few from BS, but I do also make some of my own due to cost.
I started adding Marshmallow to my stack because I had gastric problems and severe asthma as part of my MCAS. It has helped soothe things down along with the slippery elm. It helps with the mucus membranes and also my joints a good all rounder. But as with all things natural it has taken a considerable time to really start to benefit but so worth the wait
I had a cold that lasted for 2 months and 3 weeks ago I started using Butterbur. The cold affected my lungs and I could not breathe well. But after 2 weeks of Butterbur and antibiotics I can now breathe very well and I am back to exercising. Butterbur is a miracle plant
