What is it ? One of the many roles of vitamin D is to support *censored* health. What exactly is in the Veg Capsules ? Each capsule has 10,000IU Vitamin D3, 438mcg Vitamin K2 and 478mg of MSM. No nasty extras needed to make these little beauties or any of our products. We added MSM because vitamin doses are tiny and we need to add something to them to fill the capsules. MSM is a natural compound look it up. There are even books written about what it can help with.

As a vegetarian for 53 years, I like to ensure a good quantity of B vitamins in my body, especially B12- essential for vegans and vegetarians. The B complex is great for the nervous system - which gets my vote, as I have Fibromyalgia , a syndrome ( lots of symptoms) linked to dysfunction in the nervous system, and the Vitamin B Complex helps with my energy levels too.
I have used many supplements from various companies as soon as I find out they cut corners and add rubbish and bulking agents they lose my custom.

Helping me to maintain a good immune system generally. I have arthritis in my neck and the lower part of my spine, and citrus fruits aggravate my arthritis, as do tomatoes at times. I also know that these fruits don't unfortunately give the amounts that the body needs. The Acerola Cherry does, and that is what is in the natural Vitamin C capsules. When I was younger , I was able to buy Acerola Cherry and Zinc chewable lozenges, they tasted good- quite tart in flavour and would stop a cold, just starting, in its tracks. After reading reviews on MSM I thought I would try it but after a couple of weeks I began to feel unwell and stopped taking it, feeling dizzy and couldn’t focus on anything. Have been taking feverfew for over 2/3 months now and where as I was getting headaches quite frequently and sometimes lasting all day, I’ve maybe had one or two over the last few weeks. I’m definitely going to continue. Thank you Chris I read all of you comments on every supplement.

Yes I really like the supplements from your company I would like it if you could have some artichoke,black pepper and turmeric together in the supplements but to be honest they are good thank you.
Started taking Apple Cider Vinegar capsules beginning of April 2026 and within a week my bowel habits had returned to normal. I had low stomach acid so this supplement has greatly helped this.
I Have recently started using British Supplements(BS) It is too soon to evaluate whether B S are having a more positive effect than my previous supplement, but I can definitely state that they are better for my metabolism and health because they do not contain any Sucralose or any "Nasty" fillers. I will Publish a review again in 3 months.

I take this because I have osteoporosis. It has been excellent in helping to improve my bone density. These supplement are the best there are. Good q2uality products and brilliant service.
Continuing with Olive Leaf Extract to help fight Long Covid. Olive Leaf extract is antiviral, anti inflammatory, analgesic, supports the immune function, gut microbiome and cellular health. My symptoms have abated although I do get periods of fatigue which don’t last long now - probably because I try to do too much all at once. Need to learn to pace myself better. I am also amazed at how healthy my gums have become, no longer receding. I will be 71 soon, have a little arthritis in one hand and one foot but it never gives me pain - haven’t taken a painkiller for years.

I have bought this for my son as he is having issues with alopecia areta. He has been seeing Dermatologist but nothing seems to work. He was due to have some injections (which personally I would not be happy to have) but (fortunately) these have been cancelled twice.
It has affected his confidence. I have suggested caster oil and now high dose D3 &K2 for 6 weeks as I believe it can give a boost to the immunne system. ( my Rh Arthritis is now in remission)
If anyone has any other suggestions, they would be gratefully received.
