I have a condition called vasculitis which has affected my lungs and joints. Been under consultant for 7 years who pretty much wants me on steroids and 6 monthly intravenous drip of rituximab! Respiratory consultant pushes me to have flu jab and "the vaccine".... No chance as I don't trust them, anyway, I digress. More importantly I have to state, with confidence, that since I have been on these 3 supplements, I have seen a noticeable improvement in my overall health. The lungwort along with my x2 daily cups of mullein leaf tea has seen me free from chest infections and my lungs feel clearer, my breathing is so much better as well. The turmeric has also helped with my joint pain and swelling. I am now able to take longer walks without having to stop-start. I do not stiffen up in my knees if I sit for a period of time either. As far as the reishi goes, all I can say is 'something is happening'. I feel more alert and just generally more positive minded. British Supplements are in my opinion an excellent company, I love Chris's attitude and take on the "Big Pharma" monopoly. I am certainly intending to continue with my present course of supplements but am open to try any others that I may consider will help with my condition.

Having read about positive results from taking Reishi l thought l would give them a go , l was just getting over the flu after taking them for a week l realised on getting up one morning l could breathe clearly from my nose …l have been unable to breathe through my nose for 2 years due to nasal polyps it’s been absolute misery .
My polyps have shrunk right back l can no longer feel them and it’s fantastic to be able to breathe through my nose again freely and taste and smell things and sleep properly .
It’s fantastic and no OP needed or sprays just Reishi for me from now on , l have told friends with nasal polyps and am waiting to hear back how they get on l hope they have the same fantastic result l have had ! I’m so happy !

I am very grateful for this company, clean and chemical free is hard to come by.. especially without plastic packaging. That’s why I would recommend this company to anyone that will listen! I have recently come completely off of my social anxiety medication and I would not have been able to come through the nausea and dizziness without taking the Reishi mushroom extract, Ashwangandha, Chlorella and the Cordyceps. I feel so much clearer in the mind, less brain fog, more energy, less fatigued and my mood feels more stable. I can not recommend these supplements enough if you want to feel better mentally and physically.

I have been using BS magnesium l-theronate for 3-4 months and I notice such a difference in my sleep. I fall asleep quickly and I find if I wake up I can fall back asleep fairly easily - in comparison to the big pharma magnesium crap I used to take, what a difference! I take 1 capsule (dose is 2) before bed. I have also just started including the Reishi capsules in my bedtime routine, it's been about 1-2 weeks so will be monitoring if my sleep becomes even better.
I have started on Vit D+K2 to give my immune system a boost over winter and I'm waiting on tumeric to arrive - looking forward to seeing how these will help boost my immune system and inflammation problems I'm seeing.
