I'm beating age related muscle loss!

I've been using Creatine for over a year to help me build and retain muscle, something that's very important as you go through midlife and beyond. Both for good health and to keep the metabolic rate up.

I recently switched to the Creating capsules supplied by BS and they made a HUGE difference in my sports performance. And weight management too.

I know it was the Creatine because I didn't change anything else.

If you're concerned about losing muscle as you get older give this product a try. As long as you follow a well rounded fitness program, you'll see significant changes in both growth and performance.

The only place to get REAL supplements

I only found British supplements last year after sheer luck I tried a range of their supplements( tongkat ali, turkesteone, creatine, tribulus, vitamin D and K2) as I’m an active and healthy individual they were a great boost. Due to limited funds I regretfully didn’t reorder, Im somewhat glad I had a break as it’s only then you realise how good these supplements are, when I was off them I found I gained fat more easily, I was definitely more lethargic and my focus took a hit. After Christmas I decided to get back on track I’ve reordered tribulus, tongkat ali, turkesteone and creatine, when you know you’re getting quality products it’s worth the price. I’m stronger, leaner and overall better mentally with these supplements. I would recommend to anyone, invest in your health these are genuine people making genuine products for our benefit, take it from someone who’s been with and without. Won’t be stopping again.

I don’t usually give reviews because of the fickle nature of the reviewer but I felt to apply credit where credit is due.
I’ve trained for about 5 years and taken Creatine in powder form on and off during that time. I decided to give the British Supplements capsules a try after reading other positive reviews and getting tired of swallowing lumps of undissolved powder.
I have to say I’m impressed, I’ve hit PR’s regularly, my total volume has increased and the sticky bench press plateau has gone. I’m not interested in the politics or PR but if something works then it works!

Great product

I was very weary of trying a new brand, but now i don’t look back. Walk down any UK high street or scroll any sites online, it's all weak, filler-stuffed snake oil most of the time. Thin air with fancy marketing.

Funny, that. Nobody ever felt a thing off them, so there's nothing worth censoring, so the sellers carry on untouched it seems.
