Ginseng Gives Bounce!

I tried this as a pick-me-up as was feeling a bit tired and out of sorts. I am 68 and still working full time, not to mention lots of DIY projects at home and for family. After a couple of days I felt more on top of things so have stayed with them and can confirm that I have not felt as tired since.

Less Tired

Since using this product I’ve noticed I feel less tired and my energy seems to be sustained throughout the day. I also take this supplement because it helps with sexual dysfunction in men. I use to take it with food with my evening meal but noticed better results when I take it in the morning with my matcha green tea.
I don’t just take this supplement alone I take a few others, developed my own stack so it’s hard to pin point exactly which individual supplements does what as they all work together and some bring similar health benefits too.

Panax Ginseng known as King Plant

Some of us need to re-ignite our 'oomph' and so a short course of Panax Ginseng (often referred to as Korean Ginseng), taken in the morning only, enables this - for me certainly. This is especially so at the change of the seasons particularly this one being the flow from Wintertime into Springtime when many folk can feel tired or listless, maybe unable to shake off Winter's quietude or inactivity. Also Panax Ginseng, used for thousands of years in the Far East, is known for its roots to act as a tonic and adaptogenic herb. It enhances the recuperative powers of the body, helps raise natural immunity, lifts mood thereby sense of wellbeing, is an age-old revitaliser and much more. It works for me, however do your research (there are many excellent herbal medicine books and articles). Always ensure it is suitable for your situation and your needs, and that it is unadulterated as many suppliers have jumped upon the Panax Ginseng popularity bandwagon and their products may not be as pure/clean or wholesome as made out to be.

Clean Ginseng Panax 13,662mg (222.7mg Ginsenosides). This is a long standing friend in my medicine cabinet. This, coupled with Ginko Biloba, reduces my Tinitus to a manageable whisper, most of the time. I find that capsules allows the ingredients to get into my blood stream much quicker than a tablet. This works for me, but we are all different. I recommend it for you to try.
