British Supplements products I have taken include Vitamins B, C and D, iron, magnesium, L-Tyrosine, Clean Biotin and Clean Beetroot . Since using them, there has been a genuine improvement in overall wellbeing, energy levels and general health.
Particular praise goes to Clean Beetroot because beetroot is one of the few vegetables I dislike preparing and eating, so this supplement has been an easy and convenient alternative.
Supplements are chosen simply according to what feels needed for both body and brain. My diet includes fresh ingredients, meat, fish, fruit, vegetables and dairy products, all forming part of a balanced diet. At 85 years of age, I have noticed a genuine improvement in overall wellbeing, energy levels and general health since using these supplements.

More Iron, and none of the nasties!! No side effects, vs the prescription with it's long list of side effects and the Dr's casual recommendation of just buying over counter laxatives.

Between us we use VitD3 & K2, turmeric, vit C for absorption of iron/folate, Boswellia, occasionally 5HTP and Reishi. Everything we have purchased is the best quality and BS have a customer for life.

Walk down any UK high street or scroll any sites online, it's all weak, filler-stuffed snake oil most of the time. Thin air with fancy marketing.

Funny, that. Nobody ever felt a thing off them, so there's nothing worth censoring, so the sellers carry on untouched it seems.

Here is a pattern I've noticed over the years:

  • Supplements that do nothing - you stay unwell - you end up a Big Pharma customer. Allowed
  • Negative reviews - "see, herbs don't work, go get their pills." Allowed
