good sleep

Have been buying from BS for some time now and am really happy with product and service. My husband has started taking his dose of magnesium in the evening and is so pleased to note that he is sleeping more deeply, so thumbs up on this long road to hubby's wellness.

Helps with anxiety!

I ran out of magnesium and 5htp and had really bad anxiety. Unfortunately they took over 2 weeks to arrive so I was in quite a state when they showed their face. I think the warehouse was busy but I will defo be ordering prior to running out next time. I didn’t even sleep properly. Also the magnesium is tasteless & dissolves if you wanted to open the capsule to put into a vit C drink. My 10 year old won’t take capsules but she will happily open one up and pour into her drink. It leaves no sediment and she has sensory issues with taste & texture so massive thumbs up.

I’ve taken this for about 3 weeks now and must say I have found it to be really helpful with my joint pain due to menopause. I think it’s also helping with my sleep as well .

I take 2 capsules before bed and have the deepest sleep known to man, upon waking I have a black coffee with my lions mane & cordyceps to start the day it’s a life changing combo

It's proved to be the best one.

This magnesium blend for us is the best one out there, and I've bought a lot of different makes over the years. This one quite simply works. It has stopped restless legs for both of us, more so than the transdermal one at 31% from another company 'K'. It also keeps us both 'regular' too, and again, worked much better than another make beginning with an S of which I always considered the top brand, but believe me, it doesn't hold a light to BS Mega Magnesium. I really do recommend this one to any one thinking about buying it.

Walk down any UK high street or scroll any sites online, it's all weak, filler-stuffed snake oil most of the time. Thin air with fancy marketing.

Funny, that. Nobody ever felt a thing off them, so there's nothing worth censoring, so the sellers carry on untouched it seems.

Here is a pattern I've noticed over the years:
