Helping stabilise my Thyroid

I have had Thyroid issues for a long time and I take medication and look after my eating and exercise however this year I have had a number of flare ups and had to increase my meds. After reading a number of things and trying a few combos I tried Milk Thistle as your Liver helps convert T4 and I am also on B12 and after a few months my flare ups have settled I am no longer napping in the afternoon again.
