I have had terrible issues with seasonal allergies in the last 4 years and they were worsening. Itchy, streaming eyes, constant sneezing fits and feeling like I had a full blown cold every evening.
I’ve tried lots of remedies none of which have worked apart from high dose VitC which is hard to maintain and Clean Quercetin from BS along with their recommendations of Clean Nettle leaf, NAC and Vit D, C and K2.
I’m clear of allergies now while my family members (grown up children) are all sneezing and suffering.
