Great to start, but this did not work consistently for me

Been working with a nutritionist to deal with peri-menopause symptoms and their advice was glucosamine works in short bursts, if you take it consistently it is less effective. I would say my experience of this was true. I'm now taking green lipped mussel and have revised my stack. Generally good experience with BS, but will seek advice and research on supplements needed.

Inadvertently I ran out of my Glucosamine and for various reasons was unable to reorder for seven days. Fortunately as I expected from BS, the new supply arrived within 48 hours of ordering. However, during that week, the difference was striking. My joints became painful, inflamed and my sleep suffered also. Within 48 hours of taking the new capsules, all was restored. No pain and restful sleep returned. BS are brilliant - very prompt service and wonderful products. I cannot thank you enough. I don’t need to remember to reorder, they let me know when I need to, in plenty of time. What unbelievably good service!

Never leave your stack at home

Having over many years developed mission-critical supplement stacks from the BS catalogue to address a range of conditions — from gut health, mental health and more recently joint health (knee OA) — I only realised the true value of the outcomes they were delivering when I neglected to take any of my supplements on a recent holiday (largely due to baggage economy). By the second day, the arthritis that I had largely kept at bay, had returned with such a vengeance that I had to abandon a planned run, and for the first time I experienced a visible swelling and redness in both knees. Although my OA is still in the “mild to moderate” class, climbing stairs suddenly became near impossible (as was comfortable sleeping) — and the only anti-inflammatories at my disposal were NSAIDs. Within 48 hours of returning home, and re-establishing my supplement regime, normal service had largely been resumed. In addition to Glucosamine, the stack included MSM, Chondroitin, Type 2 collagen, Turmeric and Boswellia. I certainly won't make that mistake again.

I purchased these supplements for my partner who's having some arthritis difficulties in his joints. He's new to BS and hasn't been on them very long but is already seeing some easing of various pains and stiffness in joints.
We're both wishing to avoid doctors/hospitals. I'm very pleased with the stack I've been buying and have to say that the delivery service is outstanding!!

Funny, that. Nobody ever felt a thing off them, so there's nothing worth censoring, so the sellers carry on untouched it seems.
