I have recently purchased Clean LUNGWORT I have only used it for a couple of weeks but already I can feel a difference. I have Asthma and have been coughing a lot since the winter, but in just two weeks the coughing has virtually stopped. I wish I had started this long ago.
After a lot of research and advice I got this for my 94 year old mother, who has ectopic heart beats and osteo arthritic pain -massively aggrivated by recent repeated hospital stays and which left her substantially frailer than before. I'm allergic to everything! I did most of the drug trials for antihistamines on the market today and I reported back all the side effects to be told "no you wouldn't get that reaction" Funny how all of them now carry the "possible side effects" in the info leaflet now! I added butterbur to my allergy asthma stack of Nettle leaf, quercetine, forskohlli, and lungwort after the only thing that worked with my mast cell problem was withdrawn from the market leaving only stuff that wipes my systems and puts me in hospital. This has enhanced my breathing, allergies and perenial rhinitus and I have just managed to get through a bout of covid without hospitalisation. Thank you Chris for not only saving my life but giving me a quality too when the NHS had said "you're old and you're fat there's nothing more we can do for you can do for you" THANKS!. NB it did upset my stomach at first so I stopped and then went in on a smaller dose. Its now in my stack permanently and I'm telling everyone about it

I got my creatine by mistake and I'm very pleased it happened, After they sent me what I'd actually ordered (within a day) and said that rather than send it back said keep it or pass it on. I looked it up and realised It might help me with my fatigue and excruciating pain after exercise. I am hypermobile and hypomobile with fibromyalgia and this has been in my regular stack for over 3 years now and has made one hell of a difference in my recovery so much so that at 64 I now have guns! 💪 and for the first time in my life I have dimples in my glutes not that I was aiming for that but my biggest achievement is I managed a handstand for the first time in my life! I would never have even looked at creatine but combined with exercise I think it is marvellous for us olds that want to keep fit but struggle with the next day aftermath. Have recently started taking several supplements which include Turmeric, Glucosamine, Collagen and Milk Thistle, i am really impressed with the quality and the service because the results have been effective. I can already see an improvement with my skin, hair and nails from taking the Collagen, less bloating from taking the Milk Thistle also i suffer with my knees so the Turmeric and Glucosamine are helping to ease with the pain and inflamation. Ive been using British Supplements for a couple of years now, they are the best Supplements you can buy, I used to be low in vitamin D, I'm not anymore, these work, I take the 10.000 iu, on a Morning and magnesium on a night, the vitamin D has definitely kept colds away, I have a lung condition and its definitely improved. Thank you. I also got my vitamin D checked st the drs its perfect I stop using in April, and restart in September. I also take other vitamins for my inflammation, but just started these, they are yet to work, but I will keep on with them. I also take probiotics, etc.
I bought all 3 versions to go into my bonus stack after I have done all my regular aka Vit D, Silica, Zinc, Devils claw and more.
So I took all 3 Lions Mane twice on 2 seperate occassions the last 2 weeks and it made a difference or none hard to tell as I use it in my bonus stack and not in regular stack.
1st Time I took it with my Regular stack (50+) capsules I didnt feel much and was more alert and sharper however I was having a mild throbbing headache and feeling drowsy this could also be caused by the capsules and magnesium from my regular stack or because never tried Lions mane before maybe my body was adjusting to the foreign levels and creating a new memory balance, took a power nap and felt great.
The second time I took all 3 Lions mane with my regular stack I dont remember haha as I wasnt paying attention to it what I do remember was able to deal with stress better, better mood less drowsiness, less headaches and less powernap time needed as well as more alert and able to concentrate and that could be almost because I combined it with other mushrooms like reishi, cordyceps, resveratrol and turkey tail exactly like I did the first time just not sure why first time was so drowsy like I said could be because of the 50+ Capsules I am taking or body adjusting.
So Far I have noticed some effects and perhaps not the hidden positive effects that are causing benefits and boost to my health, I will say this a great addition to add and works wonders when it gets going and perhaps I will see the benefits increase and boost my health greatly once I take it the 3rd time and on a regular.
I would recommend Lions Mane to anyone its really good and worth a shot thanks BS SUPPLEMENTS for making a great awesum supplement that helps so many and in my case at the early stages its 50-50 which im sure that will change in the future.

Have been taking this vitamin plus lots more for years .I am truly impressed with this firm .I would not look or act as I do at 86 if they were not in my life .Of course I get aches and pains .But my brain is agile I still drive and am more than grateful for your products .Thank you Chris and gang .
I have started taking this as I was having problems with my Glucophage sr 500. I've just started taking it and i think its working but will need blood tests to prove it. I'll be ordering more and will get back with an update as soon as I can
This product helps to control the size of my varicose veins in my legs and becoming uncomfortable. I take 2 per day .
