I started at one point about a year ago with 3 months of Quercetin as my homeopath suggested for unknown random allergies I have had since Covid and then I went on to get Zinc, Magnesium, Collagen, Vitamin D+C, Nettle, Creatine :)) now I keep looking at others depending on my needs. I've not had any side effects only lots of energy, so much less allergy hay fever stuff, much better sleep and finally, no more deficiencies or anxiety since Covid took a huge toll on my body. I recommend BS to everyone I know!

Life changing Mega Magnesium …and more

I have suffered broken, disruptive sleep patterns for as long as I can recall.

Three weeks into my first order, I began to sleep for 7 1/2 to 8 hours each night.
Unbroken sleep! Unbelievable. I take the Mega Mag with a B12 supplement half an hour before bed. Fresh and raring to go each morning. Amazing!

Wow only taken this supplement for month and can see a difference tried a-lot other supplements from chris and they seem be the only ones that are making a difference.

Also tried Chorella amazing results skin is alot better and got rid of my Candida infection.

Best UK Supplements on the market sos far

I have used Vitamin D3 K2, Zinc, Magnesium, Clean C Vitamin, Clean Turmeric and my wife a few others.
It has been a transformative metabolic change and a great adjustment in many aspects such energy, vitality and healthier joints and tendons. I had suffered from tendinitis knee injury for months on and off and since i have been consistently taking the supplements and working out regularly, the general health has been enhanced sharply.

Zinc is one of those supplements needed by every cell in the body. It helps immune function, eyes, teeth, skin health, wound healing and it reduces inflammation. It helped my sensitive teeth. I add it to the multivitamin stack of magnesium, vitamin D&K and turmeric for overall general health (along with liquid iodine). Walk down any UK high street or scroll any sites online, it's all weak, filler-stuffed snake oil most of the time. Thin air with fancy marketing.

Funny, that. Nobody ever felt a thing off them, so there's nothing worth censoring, so the sellers carry on untouched it seems.
