Having taken BS Pine Bark for a few years I've almost forgotten why. Then I recall the poor circulation I had, and the cramp; Pine Bark has been very effective in getting rid of these. Because it helps circulation to the extremities Pine Bark can help the brain too, and can add to the effectiveness of other supplements. These are the reasons why I continue taking it, and at 86 I'm very fit. I find the information available from British Supplements, and the stack pages, very helpful and reliable, as are the products.

I’ve been taking this collagen for about a year now ( I think ) adding it to the Biotin I’d already been using. My hair has definitely improved in texture and thickness and my skin is holding on to some of its youthful appearance.
I also take the Mega Mag which has made a big improvement with my leg and feet. cramp as well as my sleeping.
Really happy with the quality of these products and the efficiency of the company 😊.

I have been taking olive leaf extract for a good few years now and it has really helped me strengthen my immune system. Fortunately I do not catch that many colds and if/when I do they do not last that long. Olive leaf extract definitely helps me.

I started using the sage supplement as recommended in one of the stacks for menopause symptoms. I was experiencing periods of hot flashes, about 6 times a day. It started off as just annoying but then I used to get a bit panicky with them too. I started the sage and literally within 48hrs I had NO hot flashes.
