I got sage and red clover for menopause they are an absolute god send I have no more hot flush’s or night sweats they are fantastic

I am 56 , have been in the perimenopause for 6/8 years and finally I have now not had a period for over 4 months , however my body temperature became so high with awful night sweats and flushes I started on clean Sage about 5 weeks ago and even after the first few days my symptoms subsided i am sleeping much better as I am not over heating and so much more comfortable day and night if you have problems with over heating and flushes due to peri or menopause I would definitely try the Sage , it has worked for me

I've been struggling with premenopausal symptoms for about a year now and after doing loads of research, I had found a few different supplements to try. I started getting hot flashes brought on by menopause a few years ago. I was taking a multi-supplement that seemed to be working for about 9 months, and then they were back! I started taking the BS sage capsules last May. I took a couple before bed, and this seemed to work for a while until they crept into the daytime. I thought I would experiment with the dosage and times, and bam, it all came into balance. I started taking one before bed, one when I woke up, and another around 3 pm. The latter, I stopped after about a week. Not had a hot flash since. Would not be without them. Thank you, BS.

I’ve been buying from British supplements for a few years and in general am extremely pleased with their quality products and service. I’ve tried several different supplements, when finances have allowed, trying to find the right ones for myself or family. I don’t believe I have left reviews for the two I buy most frequently ( vit d & k and magnesium) because I don’t actually have any proof that they are benefiting me and the reason I keep taking them is that I just ‘feel’ I need them. I have still become Ill with colds (maybe covid, but didn’t test) and anything the grandchildren bring back from school) and my chronic pain symptoms haven’t improved so I can’t claim that I know they are helping. Again I just feel that my body needs them. Just for maintenance maybe?
Conversely, I have been taking sage leaf for just over a month after reading reviews and can absolutely and definitely say they are helping with hot flushes which I’ve been having on and off for over 8 years ( mostly on). I’m now only aware of 1 or 2 during the night as opposed to the usual 6 or 7. My sleep is also generally more comfortable now. Sage leaf is most definitely helping me.

Apart from our emergency care which I think is amazing, my faith in the medical system is at an all time low and I’m doing everything I can to stay away from the drug pushers.
