I first purchased a months supply of African Mango mainly with the goal of helping to reduce my cholesterol , blood sugar levels and weight. I had been researching on African Mango for a while and wanted to try it out. I was told by my doctors that I was pre-diabetic and that my cholesterol was high based on blood tests I had taken back in November. Anyway I started taking African Mango for about two months as I was only taking one tablet a day in the mornings and started exercising more regularly as a result I found that not only did I loose weight but my recent blood tests results came back showing that am no longer in the pre-diabetic range but that my cholesterol levels had also gone down.
While taking the African Mango I always made sure I was drinking at least 2 litres of water throughout the day.

Love the Mango

Love the mango addition especially now to help to change the winter fat into spring rolls. Glad to say no weight gain with one a day, now it is spring, adding two, will report on the weight loss. Overall our supplement intake has allowed us to help with a positive take on life during hard times, no ill health at all, not physically, mentally nor emotionally. That is quite awesome!

Funny, that. Nobody ever felt a thing off them, so there's nothing worth censoring, so the sellers carry on untouched it seems.
