Noticeably changed my mood and physique

A friend said Turk had helped him with depression so I gave it a go.
I have increased energy, much more of a level mood so much so that nothing is getting me down.
Physically I feel stronger, I have more appetite because I’m working out everyday and I sleep like a log.
My wife has noticed a real change in me.

Stuff that works

Bought a months batch to try out.
Have seen improvement in energy levels and strength overall.
Bought another 2 months worth of stock together with Ecdysterone to complete a recommended course of taking supplements. Good thing is that BS supplements dosage is safe to use and is in the range of recommended.

If you're looking to get in shape and improve your health by building muscles,getting leaner and etc. , this product will do you good. If your a body builder and looking for something beyond day to day exercise, research is advised on dosage for maximum benefit.

Turk & ecdy , well fml it works !

Saw a little bit about Turkesterone & ecdysterone helping recovery & adding size/lean muscle without steroidal side effects, looked at some reviews, & although a little sceptical, thought I'd try it.
First week, not a lot of difference in strength or recovery, felt like body temp ran a little warmer & definitely ate more ! Second week deadlift seemed to go up easier for a new pb, & sets felt easier . ok I thought, may just have been a fluke. Third week in I definitely have noticed I can hit more reps & added an extra set as well to some exercises, recovery seems to be a little better than previous as well, definitely less DOMS. Want to eat A LOT🤣
Start of the third week I went from a morning dose to afternoons, seems to work better for me, & I'm still only taking 1 of each cap. Can't say which is working, or if both work well with one another for me, but I'd say they definitely help squeeze out an extra couple of reps or an extra set (or both!) & concidering I'm doing both, recovery is very good, I usually ache two days after a heavy workout, hardly feeling it at the moment.. feel a little tired some days, but I am 48 with a physical job..

In summary, having read a lot about people not responding to some other brands Turk or ecdy was why I was sceptical, but I'd definitely recommend BS to anyone to try. I'll be ordering a second batch this week.

Tongkat ali, turkesterone

I’m 52 and been out of training for a long time due to a debilitating back injury. I started back a few months ago just trying to get back into shape a bit and having trouble to make any real progress I gave the tongkat ali i try for a month and then am 2 weeks in to turkesterone and I’ve made some remarkable strength gains and put on around 8lb in six weeks, never taken anything like this before but am really impressed so far with how my body has reacted.

Turkesterone for the elderly!

I bought these after reading the reviews and am very happy with the results. I am a 73 year old lady and definitely not a body builder but I don't want to lose more muscle as I age and am therefore quite active. I don't take the Turkesterone capsules regularly only after a hard days work in the garden or when I feel my muscles aching or that my back is not happy and may want to turn into a spasmodic episode, which it then doesn't. Great stuff.

Walk down any UK high street or scroll any sites online, it's all weak, filler-stuffed snake oil most of the time. Thin air with fancy marketing.

Funny, that. Nobody ever felt a thing off them, so there's nothing worth censoring, so the sellers carry on untouched it seems.

What is it ? Turkesterone is an ecdysteroid which is a hormonal steriod that is found naturally in plants. Ecdysteroids can be compared to testosterone, due to their ability to induce *censored*. Ecdysteriods do not bind to androgen receptors
like steriods do.

This means there is no steroidal side effects such as hair loss and gynecomastia.

Turkesterone seems to be the most anabolic out of all the ecysteriods (muscle *Censored*).
