Amazing!

I was diagnosed with PCOS at 14 and have struggled with insulin resistance and all the other wonderful symptoms that come with it.
I'm not 31 and I've just about had enough so I did a little research and came across British supplements and their clean berberine. Read some of the reviews and thought I'd give it a go!
I was a little skeptical but my god, its amazing! My periods are regular and I've lost a stone in 3 months without making any changes to my diet though this suppresses the urge to eat rubbish. Its given me more energy, my hormones feel balanced, I've lost weight, my periods aren't painful and don't last as long.
I love that you know what you're getting and it's not packed it chemicals or carcinogens that lead you to healthcare facilities and line the government's pocket.

Vit D3+K2, Ashwaganda, lions mane and B12

I've been taking Vit D2+K2 for almost a year now and hardly ever get ill.
I then read about ashwaganda, and at first I started taking it before bed before a friend recommend I take it in the morning, and it's the best thing I've done, along with the lions mane I feel at ease yet supper focused and get everything I need to done.
I've only recently started taking the b12 off another friends advice but it it's like any of the other BS products it can only be a good thing.

I've also just received my Vit C, Creatine, Zinc and magnesium-l. I dont intend to take all of these for ever, just want to see what works best for me.
I recommend BS to everyone, what's better than a British companion supplying a top quality product.
