What is it ? Ecdysterone is a type of ecdysteroid compound that is naturally found in some plants and insects, spinach being one of them. It’s primarily taken in supplement form to improve *Censored* gains and athletic Censored.

In the past I have been using what I thought was top products from solgar but now when I switched to the British Supplements I can feel big difference. British Supplement products are more potent and more effective. Ashwagandha, vitamin b complex, D3+K2, ginseng and magnesium glycinate they all work.

Well I just found myself with osteoartheritus in both knees and it's crippling! It's transformed my life. No longer a fun-loving 80-year-old, I hobble around, feeling miserable. But then the search for cures, or if not cures then at least reduce the worst symptoms begins. The right exercise of course, so consult the physios for advice. A friend with a similar condition recommends a vodka glass of organic, cold pressed olive oil a day and turmeric and black pepper pill a day, plus I'm using my hydrocollator, weird canvas pad filled with what feels like sand, that I boil in water for 30 minutes, wrap in a towel and apply to the knee. Any improvement? Yes! Yes! A definite reduction in pain and discomfort but was it the olive oil, the turmeric or hydrocollator? Well, I started the turmeric and olive oil about 2 weeks ago and the hydrocollator just 2 days ago and I noticed the improvements over a week ago. So was it the oil or turmeric? I'd say it's probably a combination of both. I've yet to get the physio up and running. Look, taking both olive oil and turmeric can't do any harm and the Greeks swear by the olive oil for aching joints, and curcumin is a recognised anti-inflammatory, so I'm convinced.

I use the 3 stack as my GERD, Acid Reflux is severe i still get hit about 2 times a month which is way better than 4 or more times a week. I got off the PPI so am pleased these have assisted with that change.
