I have my own daily regime, I could do it all with British supplements however I’m using up some of the other products I have and as they need replacing, I will use British supplements.
But on the whole I prefer to use British supplements.
In the last 12 months I’ve been in a car crash had bone breaks and also had breast cancer involving surgery and was on a lot of painkillers and radiotherapy.
In the last few months, I have just relied on my supplements and feel so much better not using big pharma to mask my and cause other side effects.
So it is cost-effective I always order three month supply and my friend and I divide it in half therefore paying half each to keep the cost down.
Because we’re also almost getting that free month by ordering three months at a time.
Here is the Regime I use
• Fibromyalgia support → easing fatigue, pain, muscle tension, brain fog.
• Mitochondrial energy & cell repair → CoQ10, B vitamins, NAD⁺ support (niacin, methylfolate, fisetin).
• Anti-inflammatory & antioxidant protection → krill oil, fisetin, turkey tail, moringa, protein skin complex.
• Nervous system balance & sleep → magnesium (triple blend + L-threonate), zinc.
• Immune & hormonal support → vitamin D3 + K2, selenium, iodine, turkey tail.
• Skin and healthy ageing → protein melanin/skin support complex, fisetin, krill oil, vitamin D3/K2.
So in simple words: this regime is designed to boost energy, reduce inflammation and pain, support brain clarity, calm muscles, strengthen immunity, and slow ageing effects — all very relevant to fibromyalgia, fatigue, and overall resilience.
