I catastrophise about everything and have tried Ashwagandhara to help, but it did not seem to have any effect. So I saw this on British Supplements and gave it a go. It does take the edge of most definitely, very calming. Our bodies are all different and this one does work for me.
Only just recently purchased new supplement so will have a better idea of how they are in my system in 2-3 weeks.
