No need for an operation

I’ve been taking Cordyceps and lions mane and a couple others. I suffer painful and heavy periods as I’ve fibroids and I can honestly say that after taking these for four months the pains are nowhere near as bad as they used to be and I don’t bloat like I used to. I am so happy as I’m not into taking pain killers etc so finding something natural that really works is amazing. I’ve just stocked up on another 3 month supply and will continue doing so from now which also means I don’t have to have an operation.

Improved focus and energy

I have been on a journey trying to find anything to help my adhd without taking medication- it’s a last resort.
I take lionsmane, reishi & cordyceps

I’ve noticed less procrastination, more energy for longer periods and higher immunity whilst everyone around me gets sick.
It may work, it may not. But I’ve definitely noticed improvements and will continue taking them.
Personally, I think they’re worth it. By far the best I’ve found supplement wise.
I was trying tea powders however I found their other ingredients contradicting physically and mentally and experienced crash’s in energy through the day.

Hasimotos Protocol

I take Cordyceps as a part of the Hasimotos Protocol that i have started to follow with Dr Izabella Wentz who says that it is a potent antiviral, it also provides overall liver, gut, and immune support, and is particularly helpful for addressing Hashimoto’s suppressive effect on the autoimmune system. There are a lot of supplements involved in the protocol and its not a one size fits all situation, so you need to do your own research. I am in the trial period at the moment with a few supplements on the go so its a bit hard to identify one obvious benefit from any of them, these include Zinc and NAC . Generally i feel ok, so i am happy with that. All i know for sure is If a supplement is what i need then i trust that i can get the real deal from BS.
