No need for an operation

I’ve been taking Cordyceps and lions mane and a couple others. I suffer painful and heavy periods as I’ve fibroids and I can honestly say that after taking these for four months the pains are nowhere near as bad as they used to be and I don’t bloat like I used to. Improved focus and energy

I have been on a journey trying to find anything to help my adhd without taking medication- it’s a last resort.

Hasimotos Protocol

I take Cordyceps as a part of the Hasimotos Protocol that i have started to follow with Dr Izabella Wentz who says that it is a potent antiviral, it also provides overall liver, gut, and immune support, and is particularly helpful for addressing Hashimoto’s suppressive effect on the autoimmune system. There are a lot of supplements involved in the protocol and its not a one size fits all situation, so you need to do your own research. I am in the trial period at the moment with a few supplements on the go so its a bit hard to identify one obvious benefit from any of them, these include Zinc and NAC . Generally i feel ok, so i am happy with that. All i know for sure is If a supplement is what i need then i trust that i can get the real deal from BS.
