Fabulous Supplements

I contacted British Supplements to help with recommendations for peri menopause symptoms night sweats waking through the night ( I’ve always been able to sleep like baby) and itchy skin and aching bones. They recommended the menopause stack I ordered all but the magnesium. So I have been taking red clover, sage, Maca root, D3 & K2 for the first month I ran out over the Christmas period and unfortunately got caught up in the back log my own fault for not pre ordering. I realised I. The 6 day break how much they are helping me. By day 4 I was itching again and not sleeping too well. I dropped the sage on my 2nd order. But have reordered as my night sweats returned. So I am so happy with my stack. I also added in collagen to help with skin oh wow I have not completed a month yet and I can see such a difference my hands have had an age reversal. I've been struggling with bad PMS symptoms for a while and tried these to help with my night sweats and unbalanced hormones. 2 months on an not a night sweat in sight its helped with all my other symptoms too. Would recommend to anyone who has similar issues!

Balance hormones

I've been taking the maca supplements for a good few months now. Heading into perimenopause i wanted a supplement to help balance my hormones and these have definitely helped. I open the capsules and put the contents in my morning cacao.

Adrenal stack

I’ve always been fit and healthy until a few years ago and then , for the past few winters I would just feel completely wrecked and I would be off work (self-employed) for between 4-6wks.
Anyway, I went to the Docs this last time and all my blood came back fine. Only thing he could think of was vitamin D deficiency. I did a blood test and it was borderline deficiency. So since February I’ve been on 10,000 iu Vit D &K2. No colds or anything so far. Let’s see how I get on this year 🤞🏻
I also see a herbalist with one of those NASA machine that tests your internal organ and body functions. Only thing he could find was my adrenal glands were under stress. So I’ve decided to take this stack and see how I get on.
I get all my supplements from BS now. Excellent service and delivery.
I’ve gotta say that the Ashwagandha is proper chill out, for me anyway.

More energy

I have added Maca to my usual stack in order to improve my energy levels and stop these awful bouts of fatigue. To start with I was taking only one capsule a day to get used to it, as I had some problems when starting to take Ashwaghanda (now ok). There was some improvement but nothing remarkable. So I decided to take the two caps - and what a difference! After a short time of about a week I actually stayed active (and awake 😂!) all day, and nowadays have even energy to go for an hour’s walk at the end of the day. I no longer need to ‘rest’ in the afternoon, and with the help of the other supplements I am beginning to feel like my old self.
I have a complete trust in BS supplements, would recommend them to anyone. Many thanks Chris & team!

Funny, that. Nobody ever felt a thing off them, so there's nothing worth censoring, so the sellers carry on untouched it seems.
