- Scientific Name: L-Alpha glycerylphosphorylcholine
- Other Known Names: choline alfoscerate
- What is it ? Its a compound made up of choline and glycerophosphate. Alpha-GPC is approximately 40% choline by weight.
- Which part of the plant is used ? This one you can not get from a plant :(
- Strength/ Specs: 50% (we could get higher but you cant work with it as it just turns to oil)
- What is exactly in the Veg capsules ? Alpha GPC and thats it :)
- What exactly do we get ? Each Capsule has 323mg Alpha GPC in each vegetarian capsule (HPMC). x1 per day and we sell in monthly packs x30,x60 or x90.

Our Alpha GPC is probably the only version that you buy that is clean (nothing added) as its so hard to make it just turns to oil really fast. Try it for yourself, put a cap out on the table by itself and come back after 1 hour and it will have turned to oil. To stop this from happening keep them in their pouch and zipped up.
They are fine to take if they do turn to oil. Alpha GPC is a natural choline compound found that is naturally found in our brain. Unfortunately thats pretty much all we can say due to freedom of speech in the UK. Altho i would say do your own research into whatever your looking to take. There is lots of scientific studies out there on most of our products.

Twice daily I have garlic capsules, magnesium capsules and potassium tablets to maintain my blood pressure in the normal range. This was my decision after my doctor took me off my blood pressure medication as my blood pressure does tend to stray into unsafe levels. The benefits of garlic and magnesium for the maintenance of normal blood pressure are well documented but I added potassium to get my sodium/potassium balance at an optimum level as levels of sodium tend to be too high due to modern diets. It should be emphasised that sodium levels can be too low. A healthy body requires sufficient sodium to function in a healthy manner. You just need to make sure you’re getting enough potassium which a lot of people are deficient in.

I have been taking the following BS supplements for 3 months now: Collagen, Magnesium L-Threonate and Vitamin D3 + K2. I needed a boost as I’d had a full hysterectomy pushing me into menopause. I didn’t want to take HRT but I was suffering fatigue, lack of focus and aches and pains. The positive results were pretty rapid. I seem to have regained my mojo and have much more clarity of mind . So much so that I’m having to order extra Vit D + K2 for the rest of the family. Keep up the good work guys
I have not been taking the Glucosamine very long.I was recommended to try them by my son who also suffers from osteoarthritis .He has found that they really do help to alleviate some of pain.I have not been taking them long enough but so far so good .The quality of the capsules is excellent as always from BS and nothing harmful or no side affects like the Pharma drugs have.
It is nice to know that when buying British Supplements, you are getting clean vitamins without bulking or binding agents.
