I have only been using the Vitamin D3 + K2 for a total of around 7 days but I have been feeling good, along with working out regularly, unbroken sleep. It isn’t a long enough duration to see a huge shift, but there’s been no side effects (which I usually get with most other supplements due to added bulking agents etc). Also, thank you for the prompt delivery that was impressive lol! God willing I will be back for more
Ive been using the magnesium for few days now and Iam happy with it so far . I struggle with anxiety and panic attacks and many nights I wasn’t able to sleep after waking up in the middle of the night , first time after taking it I slept so well for a long time . I empty the capsule 💊 for faster working time most times , not sure if that’s good or not but it’s ok for me . Taste not so nice though for those who are sensitive to taste . So far Iam happy , I feel it’s helping me .

I've been searching for Guarana and came to this supplements.... didn't get Guarana, however, I've find the best products here. I'm in my mid 60s and sensitive to EMF from 2013. The only I can say, after trying about 20 different supplements during last 2 or 3 years, I feel amazing, so much alive, happy and energetic. No one can believe I've had a stroke (cause by EMF) I've taking all the vit's C, D,K,B12,B3, Zinc, ALC, MSM, NMN, Silica, Berberine, Biotin, Magnesium, 5HTP and so on, the list is long. So, I do take them from time to time, not constantly, taking a gups, to see the results - and results are wonderful! the supplements support my health in a very best way. My body now can stand wifi up to 8 hrs, as before I would be very unwell in a 2hrs. So, people, who have an emf sensitivity, can get they life back now with The British-Supplements. Thank you!
I was suffering from COVID and it left me so tired so I am trying magnesium and Vitamin D its been 9 days and I already feel more like me hopefully I will continue to gain strength over the coming months
I rarely leave reviews but taking these Sage tablets has changed my life. I'm not allowed HRT. When I started getting daytime hot flushes a couple of years ago I'd gone to someone who mixed me up a concoction liquid & charged me £57. Didn't work. I'd resigned myself to just cope but the last 6 months I was getting massive hot flushes almost every hour during the day. It was getting me down. I researched some more & it took me onto this site. I read the reviews on here but really thought it wouldn't work on me & ordered a month to try. It took about a week to stop my flushes completely. I'm amazed. I have had one or 2 since but am fine with the odd one now & again. Before taking this I used to sweat like mad on a night (have had night sweats for about 4 years but it had got worse the last few months). Now my partner can cuddle me without me melting. I've re-ordered some more. I take one tablet a day late morning or lunch.

Second time ordering Saw Palmetto. I was really shocked it actually works.. I'm a female who's suffered with hormonal acne across my jawline. Drs told me I have high testosterone. I also have little hairy sideburns and also the front of my hairline has been receding/bald patch. I've used hair oils but didn't work. After a month of taking Saw Palmetto I have got fine little hairs growing at the front of my hair. As a woman, I feel elated. My skin acne was the first to go down and I no longer get any big bumps.
