Hi everyone, I am taking Sterol for the first time. I am 3 years into my menopause and my cholesterol has slowly gone up over this 3 year period. A recent phone call from my doctor, she suggested I take statins to bring my cholesterol down, I explained about my menopause, my healthy diet, I exercise, I am not over weight but I do have PKD, I regularly check my BP, blood sugars etc. So I explained I had done some research on Sterols and she agreed with me that Sterols were very good for lowering cholesterol, she just ask me to have a blood test review in 6 months time, I am confident that Sterols will help reduce my cholesterol it's 7.1 at present. I believe that vitamin c is a great healer eg wounds and other inflammation in the body. I especially like these natural Acerola cherry supplements as they are a natural form. This is one supplement that I always take.
