I’ve been taking lions mane for around 3 months now, and I would say the benefits are noticeable. I’ve felt a little less stressed and able to think a bit clearer. Less inflammation on my knees and the old stomach not as bloated. Like many natural clean products it takes a while to really hit home but worth the wait.
