Clean Biotin

I used to suffer with severe acne breakouts when taking creatine and i have been training almost 10 years without it and stumbled across this company and thought il give it a try. Honestly, this is actually the best product and it has not given me any acne breakouts. It just proves that the additives that other companies use is damaging our skin. I cant thank you guys enough for producing a product like this!!!

I am impressed with it! I bought a month's supply and I quickly ordered a 3month supply. I felt an increase in energy and a definite improvement with my eyesight. I think I might be getting a bit more of hair on the head.

I have tried supplements for different ailments over the years foe different problems but nothing seemed to do what was advertised.
I thought I would try Botswellia? for the arthritis/rheumatism in my left hand, not expecting anything.
Never had ordered from British Supplements before, thought I would give it ago. After only 2 days I could feel a difference in pain and after a couple of months I have more movement in my little finger and the pain has almost disappeared, occasionally a sharp twinge.
I am not sure if it is the Supplements or the change in weather, but I will keep taking them as long as I can afford to.
My wife has just started taking them as well for her shoulder, but it is not having the same effect.
I have not taken this supplement from elsewhere, so I do not know how good these are for a comparison.

I am a self employed cleaner and suffer with joint pain (hands,knees,ankles ,wrists elbows etc . I think I may have rheumatism,arthritis or osteoarthritis but I'm staying clear of any doctors and their pills ,thanks but no thanks).
I have been taking British Supplements turmeric for some time which worked great. Due to the repetitive nature of my job, my joints became increasingly worse over the last few months. I couldn't even rest my elbows on the table without them hurting so much and crying out in pain.After looking through the list of supplements I thought I'd give Boswellia a try along with the turmeric.What can I say ... After two days...Yes two days, the difference was unbelievable!! The pain had subsided SO much it was incredible! After a bit of trial and error I got the combination just right. I increased my turmeric from once a day to twice a day. One turmeric in the morning and one at night plus two Boswellia at night. Just want to say thank you Chris for doing such a great job and all the hard work you and your team do.

This is a scam. There’s false advertising. The others you’ve compared yourselves to contain ‘only’ 375mg of mg because that’s 100% elemental mg. Yours only contain 135.75 elemental mg. That’s only 9.6% of the total weight of the mg you’re comparing to others. Your elemental mg amount per dose is less than half the recommended amount. Scam.

I woke up with a stinging throat after getting a jam-packed flight home the night before and as the day progressed my glands became more and more swollen & the tonsils looked fiery & red when I checked that evening… I remembered I’d had a delivery of British Supplements Clean Turmeric while away and decided to take 1 Tumeric before bed, took another the next day mid-morning and, I swear, what was definitely going to be a raging throat infection abated that afternoon. Been taking them daily since & I am certain they curtailed the inflammation. Have just passed some on to my step son for a foot injury…

I’d previously ordered NMN, which I take most days, plus the marine collagen - both working brilliantly. Ordered the Berberine also… Very happy so far.

I have been using Silica and Collagen from British Supplements for about a year now, they work best together. Been taking Vit C, vits d and k for probably a year now, turned around from zero energy to feeling much more my normal self. Even my husband has followed suit - a feat in itself. He is a big advocate too. Will definitely continue and start looking into other supplements- great company.

I'm peri menopausal, and have always had fine hair...recently I had almost bald patches at the front. My hairdressers actually recommended trying biotin and I've been using it for a few months now. I choose to stop taking Statins and ta I e BS Plant Sterols. I have read lots of bad things about statins.
My GPs pharmacist was very happy for me to swop.
After 2 months I had bloods taken one to check my cholesterol. Flipping Heck it came back. NORMAL
So pleased I spoke to the pharmacist who said keep taking them as they are doing the job. In fact she said they are the best thing invented. She also suggested I take Turmeric too.
I realise it's why I've cut my pain relief paracetamol down alot. The Turmeric us helping. Husband is going to try now.

I bought this after doing some research online into anything that’s helps ward off Alzheimer’s as there is a history in my family. Definitely feeling a little more focussed and as an additional bonus my dry eye has almost disappeared!!

I use several of these excellent supplements. I just want to add to the packaging convo. I accept that the 'click seal' will not last, so when they fail I fold the top over twice and secure with a small office clip to keep airtight in the fridge. Done. No problem.
