I recently purchased this supplement for my daughter, who has asthma and struggles with allergies. After years of surviving off 4-6 hours sleep my coach recommended these. Before I would average 10-15minutes deep sleep a night and sometimes none at all. I have a small child so when he would wake up it would take me a hour to get back to sleep. After taking Ashwagandha paired with Magnesium, the first night I was so chilled and fell asleep naturally. My son woke but I went right back to sleep! I also got a solid 1hr12 minutes of deep sleep. I purchased the 2 months supply of the Marine Collagen and have noticed a massive difference in my skin, it’s overall complexion, my hair thickness and hair condition. This is my second purchase of Sage, from British supplements and I wouldn't want to be with out it now. It has lifted my brain fog and helped so much with my memory recall which was being challenged by perimenopause, I have to remember and recall a lot of scientific plant names for my job, and they just pop naturally back into my head again now, which has helped me regain confidence and therefore lift my mood. Also a relief as you might think memory will just get worse as you age, but it doesn't have to.
One thing to note is that the sage does dry out in the capsules over time but it doesn't seem to effect the effectiveness for me, so doesn't bother me just mentioning it so others known it is okay, just a normal process for a natural product. Also i have to take epilepsy medication which I feel dulls my brain and slows my verbal commuincation and this seems to help with that, and I did some research in contraindications with my medication and there doesn't seem to be any, and I certainly haven't had any side effects apart from feeling my confident with my brain power again..
