I’ve been taking lions mane for around 3 months now, and I would say the benefits are noticeable. I’ve felt a little less stressed and able to think a bit clearer. Less inflammation on my knees and the old stomach not as bloated. Like many natural clean products it takes a while to really hit home but worth the wait. I found this quite expensive but as I only buy British Supplements I bought this b4... im a pensioner who is quite sedentary. It help tremendously. This is the highest mg of NMN I have seen so im willing to spend the money to get the best from this product
