It has only taken a couple of weeks before I noticed a definite improvement with less pain in my wrist and the small joints in my hands due to OA, after taking 2 capsules a day after breakfast. I have been using the BS approximately three years now with some amazing results.About a month ago I started getting hayfever symptoms along with terribly itchy eyes and skin on my head and face. As I was also going to have a small surgery on my face I was worried that all the itching etc, might bring a risk of infection to the wound by touching the area too often. When I read up on allergies, quercetin seemed to fit in well with what I needed - an allergy, reduce inflammation and risk of infection, help with blood pressure. As it was part of the allergy stack I decided to combine it with nettle and NAC. Well, few weeks later, the hayfever symptoms are pretty much gone, the wound is healing nicely without any signs of infection. II believe that at times the right combination of supplements speeds things up.
