I bought these 2 products to help me with recovery after heavy brazilian jiujitsu sessions. It has definitely aided with increasing energy and also with aches and pains after sessions (from the magnesium).
The magnesium has also improved my sleep, gut motility, and I feel more refreshed in the morning.
The creatine has helped me with gaining more muscle, mainly from improving definition from the physical workout, and it has also helped with sustaining energy during live rounds.
Both products are simple to take, they are made well and packaged simple. I feel overall that the product tablets are easy to take, but I think that the capsules could be smaller. The alternative with creatine are the gummies but these also contain other ingredients which may interfere with the bioavailabilty. I will continue with taking supplements, and I am happy to continue with British Supplemtns as there aren't many cleaner alternatives that are cost effective.

I purposely left long enough for this supp to kick in and it works for me. I work with computers all day. My eyes feel better, not as tired and foggy. Again this works for me and you need to leave it long enough for it to start working and continue taking.

I have been taking this for just under 2 weeks and the results have been astonishing. My brain fog episodes have decreased almost entirely, my fatigue has also decreased and I can now go on long walks without getting breathless. Amazing supplements won't buy from no were else they all have a great benifit especially the clean lungwort and clean biotin I suffered with asthma for a long time so I did some research than decided the lungwort than bs recommended the clean biotin aswell as it works well with it I been on it a month n I might use the inhaler once every couple of days brilliant I will b ordering again and keep ordering as I would rather take natural than any other stuff thank you.

It has only taken a couple of weeks before I noticed a definite improvement with less pain in my wrist and the small joints in my hands due to OA, after taking 2 capsules a day after breakfast. Thankfully this means that I can reduce the amount of NSAIDs I usually need to take - which cause acid reflux. I can recommend giving these a go, and will definitely continue using them myself.
