I've been taking Magnesium glycinate for more than a year now. For someone who has trouble sleeping, it really helps me fall asleep faster. I like to take my magnesium glycinate with vit. D3 &K2 and Zinc. I dont mind paying a lot on supplements as long as its of high quality. I used to purchase my supplements from another online store based from the US. Before I start. This reveiw is 100% non biased and absolutely true. For 10 years I have been suffering from dysphagia, a nasty debilitating illness that strips you of your dignity, your identity, your muscle mass and in turn your mental health. As I said 10 years of anyone's life is a long time, I suffered untold days of not being able to eat and muscle spasms in my neck and legs so of course like anyone I was rushed to A&E as the symptoms came on within 12 hours. I was scanned for stomach and throat cancer both of which came back negative, I was then subjected to having a barium swallow (radioactive dye + scan) after followed a camera down the throat into my stomach. Months went by and I was being fed through a tube, my life stripped away within hours. After 6 months of this torture the NHS prepared me to go home, I was alone and very afraid to die because to me eating at its very essence is to live, to survive. The next few months I had to take off work because having this unknown issue was causing panic attacks let alone I'd lost 4 stone and was trying to survive on milkshakes as dysphagia can attack your mind in two ways, either liquids or solid foods are difficult to swallow, mine being solid foods. After a year I'd manage to survive somehow and was taking small steps to eat again, sometimes only managing 1 small meal a day but progress is progress. This went on for 8 years and I weighed 9 stone throughout. Being in whats supposed to be the prime of my life my 30's I felt like the NHS had sent me away to die as they didn't have any knowledge on my illness, so I went online and found America was very advanced in the dysphagia field, through this I met people in the same boat as me who taught me not to give up. At this point 10 years had passed but my own research into this problem had lead me through food allergies, brain disorders, muscle disorders, something in the environment poisoning me as I work in a very industrial area but nothing, Then randomly one night I came across an ad for magnesium supplements, u though I have nothing to loose so I bought some. Not thinking anything I began to take them because I was always tired through lack of food. A month went by I slept better and the leg crams stopped, one day after 10 years of agony my partner and I sat down to dinner we were talking watching something on Disney+ and then it hit me, I'd finished my food before her for the first time on a decade. Subsequently every night after I have been eating without a problem and I mean loads of food and the only thing that has changed is that I've been taking magnesium? Could it have been that simple all along. I honestly don't know, all I know is I basically have my life back and it only started after the magnesium. That's not to say it qill work for anyone else but for me I actually believe its saved me feom a life of misery. If this helps ONE person then It's not for nothing and if you know someone with difficulty swallowing food then buy magnesium for them from here the pills break open and the dust is easier to swallow and after a month they could potentially see an improvement. These are a must for me along with lungwort I take both each evening , suffered years from chronic sinus congestion resulting in thick mucus that gave me horrible headaches that literally lasted weeks, doctor said were migraines even tho I knew it was related to my sinuses but no medication ever worked, a long with daily morning salin sinus bottle rinses by Oneils are only things that keep my headaches gone, with in 2 weeks of stopping theses , forgot to pack for a 3 week holiday my pressure and migraine type headaches were back , will never stop taking these again , still have mucus but these make it so much thinner and the sinus rinse each morning is able to clear it away so avoiding pressure buildup in sinus cavity, take 2/3 weeks to start working when you first start but well worth taking certainly for me anyway.

After endless trips to see, so called experts, I had given up. I thought frequent night time trips to the loo, always wanting to go, having to always know where the nearest toilet was etc is going to be the norm.The experts (joke) spent a lot of time talking and doing the same invasive examination time after time, it was rubbish!
As my last hope I though "supplements"? can they really help?. Answer not only help, but cure. Life is now back to normal...life changing YES!!!!! do British Supplements work, after 1 month, YES. Should I have been using 10 months ago, YES. Should you give it a go? "what have you got to loose"?

This nettle leaf extract works for my hay fever. I could feel it coming on early season and before resorting to the nasal spray which never really works and you get through it so quickly, I tried 2 x tabs of nettle leaf a day. Within a week or so my sticky eyes and stuffy head eased and has stayed away completely. Another great product from BS. Highly recommend!

I'm not 100% sure how long I've been taking these.

I was perscribed statins. After chemo I really started to suffer many things not that had before .Cholesterol was one
I wasn't happy taking them but didn't what else to do.
Then a friend mentioned your company.
My husband had been taking daily Cholesterol reducing drinks and they had worked. He never got to be put on statins
So then I saw you did Plant Sterols. So I researched I including a friend taking them as well.
I choose to stop statins and after a month I spoke to my GPs pharmacist.
I find her much more helpful with medication.
She was more then happy for me to swop yo Plant Sterols.
A couple of months later I had bloods taken., and very pleased!!! To report Cholesterol was NORMAL
I rang her to chat about my results. She was very pleased to hear but not surprised as she said herself
Plant Sterols are one of the best things invented!!
The reason I now have a normal reading is, they are doing their job

She also recommended I take Turmeric as well. It has great properties including anti-inflammatory.
So now I'm on them as well, I've noted less need for pain relief for Sciatica
