I take so many supplements from this company I’m not really sure which does what but i am exceptionally well at 79 and look and feel much younger. I’ve recently found Lungwort because I get a funny lung thing with pollen etc. I truly think it’s helping a lot but I do sometimes take 5 per day if I’m feeling off. Costly I suppose. Worth it in my book. Amazing company service and products.
