I have been using British Supplements for a few months now, not written a review before but now using the clean magnesium for a couple of I honestly feel the difference. My sleep is much improved, my cognitive function more on point. I have also ordered the D3/K2 which is my first time so will review in a few months. They're packaging is great as fits through letter box and always on time. Many thank BS, you do exactly what you say on the packaging, no nasty fillers.
The supplements arrive within a few days and do what they say on the tin. My wife and I have been confused because we bought cheap (6 pounds or so) vit D testing kits. Went with the considerably more expensive NHS lab test and both came up nicely towards the upper sufficient range.

In Japan and China they prescribe Turkey Tail mushroom as a proven boost to any cancer treatments. As far as I’m aware, we don’t have any kind of cancer, but if there are properties in those cloud-like white bands which are unique to this species which might help us to remain in our current healthy conditions, then why would we miss out on the possibility of prevention? These capsules are reasonably priced and one per day is the recommended dose. What’s there to lose?
