Haven’t been taking them for long but upon opening it looks like they have been hand packed as some of the powder residue lingers around the bag/on the capsules. This is no issue as all of the capsules are intact but I think it’s a nice touch and gives a homemade element compared to mass produced supplements like some retailers. Each bag smells as id expect (very earthy/herbally for the herbal ones) and I do believe each capsule is what it says it is. Very happy with my order. Only issue I could argue is even if there was a 10% discount if you spend over a certain amount that would be amazing as I had to limit the amount of supplements I ordered as it was getting too much!! But regardless, I think the price for each supplement was fair.
Last but not least some of the capsules are very large each bag differs in size which again shows to me that they are being genuine with what’s they say what is in each capsule. Even the large ones are easy to swallow which did put me off first as I’m not good with tablets. Overall very happy with my order, Thank you British supplements
