I recently purchased this supplement for my daughter, who has asthma and struggles with allergies. She has been using Lungwort to manage her asthma and has now incorporated Stinging Nettles into her regimen. After years of surviving off 4-6 hours sleep my coach recommended these. Before I would average 10-15minutes deep sleep a night and sometimes none at all. I have a small child so when he would wake up it would take me a hour to get back to sleep. After taking Ashwagandha paired with Magnesium, the first night I was so chilled and fell asleep naturally.
