I was diagnosed with an under active thyroid a couple of years ago, and hated the thought that I had to be on synthetic medication for the rest of my life. The doctor told me that no diet change or supplement was going to help my condition, and that the only solution was levothyroxine. Against the doctors wishes I decided to stop taking it after a year or so, and really honed in on my diet and supplements regime. My last blood test came back completely normal. I am a post menopause lady aged 67 yrs. Well over a year ago I started shedding hair mainly from my crown at an alarming rate. Several years ago I started suffering with leg cramps ( in my carves, shins and feet). I would be woken several times a night in agony having to stomp round the bedroom waiting for the pain to ease. I have only been using the Vitamin D3 + K2 for a total of around 7 days but I have been feeling good, along with working out regularly, unbroken sleep. It isn’t a long enough duration to see a huge shift, but there’s been no side effects (which I usually get with most other supplements due to added bulking agents etc). Ive been using the magnesium for few days now and Iam happy with it so far . I struggle with anxiety and panic attacks and many nights I wasn’t able to sleep after waking up in the middle of the night , first time after taking it I slept so well for a long time . I empty the capsule 💊 for faster working time most times , not sure if that’s good or not but it’s ok for me . Taste not so nice though for those who are sensitive to taste . So far Iam happy , I feel it’s helping me .
